Each deal comes with an AI-generated IC memo covering TAM, risks, competitive landscape, and founder background analysis.
Soft-commit via PACT before legal docs. Min commitment $10K. PPM, LPA, subscription agreement, and W-9/W-8BEN required.

We invest at the intersection of urban infrastructure, AI-native tooling, and Web3 economic rails. Our portfolio companies are validated by 50,000+ community members, scored by our proprietary AI, and connected to municipal, corporate, and institutional partners.
LP commitments earn $HTCJ tokens. Token holders gain governance rights, early portfolio access, and community upside.
LP onboarding, K-1 distribution, capital calls, and fund reporting are handled through DecileHub. HTCJ adds protocol-native token rewards on top of standard LP economics.
